If the paddle board is damaged, it should be repaired in a timely manner. The damage to the inflatable paddle board is generally caused by air leakage and glue opening. The specific handling methods are as follows:
(1) Air leakage
① Charge the inflatable board to 7-10 PSI and spray soapy water on areas that may leak. If there is a leak, bubbles will be generated in that area.
② Find the leaking area, mark it properly, and completely deflate the paddle board. Cover the area to be repaired with masking tape or adhesive tape to prevent glue from overflowing. (Before repairing, wipe the surface of the leaking area clean.)
③ Take out the PVC sheet from the repair cylinder, cut it into a suitable shape, and apply glue evenly.
④ Attach it to the leaking area and press it.
⑤ Let it stand for 48 hours, wait for the glue to dry thoroughly, then peel off the tape.
(2) Opening glue
① Charge the inflatable panel to 7-10PSI, locate the area where the glue is applied, and cover the area to be repaired with masking tape or masking tape to prevent the glue from rubbing against other areas. (Similarly, for air leakage, before repairing, wipe the surface of the adhesive opening clean.)
② Squeeze out the glue, apply it evenly along the opening area, and then smooth it out.
③ Let it stand for 48 hours, wait for the glue to completely dry, and then remove the Meiwen glue. (Similarly, air leakage).
