This 5mm thick EVA is vacuum-bagged onto the top of the board rail, ensuring a secure and seamless fit.

Beneath this soft top lies an ultra-lightweight EPS foam core. This foam is not just lightweight but also possesses a high density, making it incredibly strong yet buoyant. Its 100% waterproof nature ensures that the board remains afloat and stable, even in the wettest conditions. What's more, the EPS foam is shaped using precision AKU machines, resulting in a board that is both aerodynamic and structurally sound.
