Our factory has mature technology to produce full transparent carbon veneer, airbrushed carbon wood veneer or bamboo veneer veneer. And we also attach great importance to innovation and will invest in research and development funds to develop some new structures to make the structure of surfboards more high-quality and continuously optimize the performance of the products.
We have our own factory that can accept customized surfboard tasks. We can produce sizes from 11'6 to 14'0, and if there are custom shapes required, our fully automated CNC machines can handle the job perfectly.

Prodection Details
1. Board body: Made of high-density 100% waterproof EPS foam, formed using an AKUC machine (customers can choose the weight they need, ranging from 14kgs-26kgs)
2. Stringers: There are many options, including wood/PVC/200G carbon stringers.
3. We also produce molded SUP without stringers. Its main feature is that the overall weight of the board is reduced, but it is stronger and harder.
4. 6oz JPS fiberglass on top and bottom with Korean epoxy resin coating
5. Wood and bamboo venner is available
6. High gradde board with PVC and carbon to reinforce the board
7. Board standard accessories including Ergo -handle/Automatic air vent. Future/FCS fin system.
